contact
One route in, read by a human. Corrections, listing questions, removals, data requests and press all go through the same form.
last updated 27 August 2026
Use the submit form — it is the only route in, and it reaches a human. Put your message in the description field and your address in the contact-email field.
There is deliberately no email address on this page. Hackathon España has no inbound mail routing yet — the domain carries no MX record, so an address printed here would not merely go unanswered, it would bounce or vanish silently. A published contact address is being set up; until it exists, printing one would be worse than admitting we do not have one.
So everything routes through the submit form instead. It is a real, working endpoint, not a placeholder: it posts into the same review queue an event submission lands in, and the address you put in its contact-email field is how we reply to you. We read everything that arrives. Please allow a few days for a response. When the inbox is live, it will be published here and on the privacy policy.
i want to list my hackathon
Use the submit form — it collects the dates, venue, ticket and prize details in the shape the directory needs, so your listing goes live without a round of questions. Basic listings are free.
If your event does not fit the form (a series rather than a single date, an unusual format), or you want to ask about a featured listing before committing to one, submit it anyway and put the detail in the description — the queue is reviewed by hand before anything publishes.
something in a listing is wrong
Please tell us. Listings are aggregated automatically from public event platforms, so errors do reach the site — a wrong date, a venue in the wrong city, a stale ticket price, or an event that is not really a hackathon at all.
Send a correction through the submit form — put it in the description field. To get it fixed in one message rather than three, include:
- The link to the page on this site (the
hackathonespana.com/events/…URL). - What is wrong, and what it should say instead.
- Where the correct information can be confirmed — usually the organiser's own listing.
- An address in the contact-email field, so we can tell you when it is done.
Corrections are free, including for featured listings, and we do not need you to be the organiser to report one.
take my event down
Send the listing URL through the form and ask for removal. If you are the organiser, say so and it comes down — we do not require a reason and there is no charge, including if the event was a paid featured listing. Cancelled and postponed events are also worth flagging so they stop appearing as upcoming.
questions about a specific hackathon
We are a directory, not the organiser, so we cannot help with registration, refunds, team formation, judging or schedules for any individual event. Every listing has a registration link that goes to the organiser's own page — that is the right place to ask, and they will answer far faster than we could.
newsletter
Nothing is being sent yet — this edition captures signups but has no outbound mail provider attached, so no email has ever left it. To have your address deleted, send the address you signed up with through the form. See the privacy policy for what is stored (an email address and a signup timestamp — nothing else).
privacy, and your data
Requests to see, correct, delete, restrict, export or object to the handling of your personal data go through the same form, and there is no charge. The privacy policy sets out what is actually stored — which is very little — and what your rights are under the GDPR and Spain’s LOPDGDD.
you have reached the wrong country
This site covers Spain only. If your event or your question belongs to another market, the other editions of this network have their own listings, their own contact routes and their own review queues:
- Hackathons Australia — Australia
- Canada Hackathons — Canada
- UK Hackathons — United Kingdom
- Hackathons USA — United States
Submitting a non-Spanish event here will not get it listed in either place — the review queue turns it down, and we have no way to forward it to another edition on your behalf.
press, data and everything else
Same form. If you want to know how the listings are collected and filtered before writing about them, the about page explains the pipeline in more detail.
